Custom Metal Fabrication & Welding
Able Manufacturing & Assembly offers punching, bending, shearing, rolling, and forming of metal structures using our CNC fabrication equipment. We are capable of fabricating aluminum, galvanneal, stainless steel, hot rolled steel, and pickled & oiled steel up to .25” thick with tolerances of .030”. In addition, we offer MIG, TIG, and spot welding of material between .060” and 1”, thick. We utilize either robotic or manual welding, depending on the application in our AWS capable weld shop. Parts can be produced with either a Class A or textured finish, as specified.
Augmenting our metal fabrication capabilities are services such as engineering, design FEMA, assembly, point to point wiring, painting, fixturing, tooling, inventory management, and JIT services. Typical lead type on fabricated parts is 8 to 12 weeks. We are experienced in ASTM testing including GMW 14872 cyclic corrosion testing.
