Able Mfg's plastics group operates out of Pittsburg, Kansas. The Plastic's Division specializes in custom thermoforming of heavy gauge thermoplastic materials via drape forming, pressure forming, and twin sheet forming. Extremely durable and lightweight, thermoplastics are ideal for many applications. Able Mfg. uses thermoplastic materials in a variety of colors, textures and characteristics to serve many industries. Examples of products that we manufacture include storage trays, cabinets, shrouds and covers, housings, heavy truck interior hard trim, headliners, heater ducts, boat seats, boat consoles, and bumper fascias.
